I still have yet to make my way to the memorial, though I pass the WTC site every day on my way to and from work. Thank you for posting these pics, Diane. You are definitely right. There are no words.
Christina, After visiting this site and hearing your story in person, I have come to a better understand why so many New Yorkers still cannot even speak about this. Much love to you.
We were there a month or so ago and while I certainly expected it to be moving I did not expect the tears that filled my eyes. No words but much emotion. I cannot imagine once the museum is open and there are artifacts and other physical remembrances how much more emotional the experience will be. It is a beautiful and fitting memorial to a very tragic and unforgettable day.
Thank you for sharing those pictures, Diane.
